Solar Nile and its affiliates (“Solar Nile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provide access to our websites, platforms, digital content, and a range of services connecting buyers and sellers of natural resources, agricultural goods, minerals, and renewable energy solutions (“Solar Nile Services”). By using any Solar Nile Service, you agree—on behalf of yourself, your company, and any associated users—to the following Conditions of Use.

Solar Nile connects verified buyers and sellers of natural resources across Africa and around the world. Our mission is to facilitate secure, transparent, and profitable trade in commodities such as gold, coffee, cobalt, copper, organic produce, soil, cotton, water, and other essential goods, while promoting fair value and sustainable practices. By using Solar Nile Services, you acknowledge that all transactions, communications, and digital activities are bound by these Conditions of Use.

Your use of Solar Nile Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. By using our Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including emails, messages, and system alerts, which fulfill any legal requirement for written communication.

All content made available through Solar Nile Services—such as text, graphics, images, trade data, product information, videos, and software—is the property of Solar Nile or its content providers and is protected by international copyright and trade laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent. The Solar Nile name, logo, and related brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Solar Nile Services for legitimate business purposes. This license does not permit resale, reproduction, or data mining of our content or systems. Misuse—including attempts to interfere with our platform, use of automated bots, or exploitation of trade data—is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of access and potential legal action.

To access certain Services, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Solar Nile reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misinformation, abuse, or violation of trade ethics. Users under 18 may only access the Services under the supervision of a guardian.

Solar Nile operates as a facilitator of trade—not as a direct buyer or seller—unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.

All listings, pricing, and trade data are subject to verification and negotiation between parties. While we work to ensure transparency and accuracy, Solar Nile is not liable for misrepresentation or disputes arising from third-party transactions. Users are responsible for performing due diligence before engaging in any trade facilitated through our network.

All prices listed through Solar Nile reflect current market rates and may fluctuate based on supply, logistics, and commodity value. We cannot confirm final pricing until an order or contract is verified. Payment terms, deposits, and commissions are determined on a case-by-case basis. By engaging in any transaction, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and commissions associated with the deal.

We strive for accuracy across all product listings. However, Solar Nile does not guarantee that descriptions, availability, or pricing are error-free. If a listed product or shipment does not match its description, your sole remedy is to discontinue the transaction before contract finalization.

All physical deliveries are conducted under shipment contracts, meaning ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the designated carrier. Solar Nile assists in coordinating logistics but is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers or customs authorities.

You may submit reviews, feedback, or proposals related to Solar Nile Services, provided such content is lawful and respectful. By submitting content, you grant Solar Nile a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such material for marketing, compliance, or improvement purposes.

Solar Nile operates in compliance with international trade regulations. Users may not engage in any transaction that violates export restrictions, sanctions, or ethical sourcing laws. All parties must comply with applicable trade, mining, and environmental laws in their respective jurisdictions.

Solar Nile Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees about continuous access, system security, or the performance of third-party suppliers or logistics partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Nile disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar Nile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or engagement with third parties through our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Solar Nile for specific services in dispute.

Any dispute relating to your use of Solar Nile Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda and, where applicable, international trade law. Jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the High Court of Uganda or another competent tribunal agreed upon in writing.

Solar Nile reserves the right to modify these Conditions of Use at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
